Holly(Dental Hygienist): Good morning, Mrs. Jones. I'm holly and I'll be your hygienist today. I'm very happy to welcome you to our practice, and I promise I will take very good care of you. Have you filled out the little questionnaire Donna gave you?

Mrs. Jones(Client): Yes. I have it here. (She stands and hand s the clipboard with the filled out questionnaire to Holly. She still looks anxious).
Mrs. Jones(고객): 예. 여기 있습니다. (Jones씨는 일어서서 기록한 설문지와 함께 클립보드를 Holly에게 건네준다. Jones씨는 여전히 불안해 보인다.)
Holly(soothingly): That's great. Let's go back into the examining room and we can begin. I hope we didn't keep you waiting too long.
Holly(진정시키며): 감사합니다. 그럼 진료실로 가서 시작할까요? 많이 기다리지 않으셨기를 바랍니다.
Mrs. Jones: Oh, no. I just got the questions done and you came out here.(Nervous laugh) I thought I'd have at least half and hour to sit and worry and pretend to read one of the magazines out there. Isn't that how all dentists' and doctor s' office s work?
Mrs. Jones: 아니에요. 치과위생사 선생님이 여기 나왔을 때 저도 이제 막 질문서에 답하기를 마쳤습니다. (걱정스러운 웃음). 내 생각으로는 대기실에 앉아서 걱정하면서 매거진을 최소한 30분에서 1시간은 읽는 체 해야할 것이라고 생각했어요. 모든 치과의원 및 일반의원에서 그렇게 하지 않나요?
Holly(laughing): Not our dental office, Mrs. Jones. All of us here know the value of time, and we respect our patients' valuable time too much to keep them sitting in a waiting room. We're really careful to schedule appointments that we can honor.
